Last year SPS in Nuremberg had over 65 000 visitors. Eldon’s participation was a success and Eldon will return to take part in SPS this year. The focus of SPS is industrial automation. Visitors also get an insight into what a fully digitalized industrial sector could look like in the future.
Visitors also get an insight into what a fully digitalized industrial sector could look like in the future. Eldon will show how its high-end enclosure solutions fit into industrial automation and further digitalization of the industry. Eldon’s ambition of making life easier for its customers and users is reflected through the company’s product development drivers reflected in the SPS highlights.
Busbar systems now in Eldon’s product offering
Eldon has a comprehensive enclosure product offering for automation and control and power distribution applications. This offering is now further strengthened with busbar systems from Wöhner.
Busbar systems are a well established core technology for distributing electric power within enclosures. Straightforward and safe assembly, compatibility of different components, and clearly arranged compact structures are key advantages of these busbar systems.
The 60Classic range comprises a wide selection of busbars and is a standard solution in most low-voltage distribution applications, and is widely used in many industries. 60Classic busbars are space-saving, safe, with a well thought out design. CrossBoard is an ideal solution, with UL-approval, for power distribution up to 125 A. Components can be mounted quickly and easily on the base system without any tools. CrossBoard products are space saving and suitable mainly in applications for machines and factories.
Fast and easy assembly
12 minutes of assembly time can be saved for each two bayed combinable floor standing enclosures, compared with traditional designs. Eldon will demonstrate hands-on how assembly time can be significantly reduced by using the click-in fixation system for accessories such as baying brackets and mounting profiles, which are especially useful with combinable enclosures.
Hygienic design products
Some of the new products in Eldon’s new Hygienic Design range for industries such as food and beverage and pharmaceuticals will also be on show. This new range complies with industrial requirements such as IP69K and is accompanied with dedicated accessories, including inner profiles that allow for fast and flexible assembly of components.
Visitors will see Eldon’s own new LED light equipped with an integrated quick fixation system. It can be fitted anywhere in the 25 mm hole pattern in Eldon’s profiles without any need for tools or machining.
