Eldon is introducing a new mounting profile for its floor standing enclosure range. The need for tools is eliminated and the assembly time is reduced thanks to snap-line fastening, and two hooks that form part of the profile body to make it easy to place the profile in the desired position.
A central development driver for Eldon is to provide accessories that are easy to mount and help reduce assembly time. With the new mounting profiles, CLPF, Eldon can again show that easy assembly is paramount in its on-going efforts to improve efficiency for its customers.
The new Zinc plated steel CLPF-profile can be mounted in all directions on the enclosure frame. It can be used together with the click-in profile, CLPK, and vertical dividing bars, VB. The new profile, when turned, can also be used as a standard CP20/40 profile in combination with the GLM 40/6 sliding nut, to mount equipment that needs to be adjusted in depth.
The new profile will be aligned with the enclosure’s profiles when mounted on the enclosure frame and has two rows of hole patterns for cage nuts.
Two hooks, that are part of the profile body, enable easy and exact positioning of the profile. Fixation is made by rotating the bracket, on the other end of the profile, and by putting some pressure on the profile. With the profile in place, the snap-line fastener guarantees that the profile will remain in position, even when loaded with heavy weights. This mounting process does not require any tools at all.
The CLPF-profile is ideal for mounting accessories, components, and other equipment. It is especially useful when flexibility in the mounting process is needed, since it offers many different mounting alternatives and can be re-positioned easily.
