PWA 2000 Wire personal assistant

The Personal Wiring Assistant, PWA2000, revolutionizes wiring productivity at your facility. Upgraded with a new, more user-friendly programming system and interface, the machine makes it easier than ever to precisely cut wires into exact lengths. Using a .CSV or .XLS files from virtually any CAD and E-Planning systems on the market, the machine cuts wires with cross sections of up to 16 mm² (AWG 6) and 10 mm in diameter to the exact length needed. Plus, for added convenience and time savings, the best-in-class PWA 2000 solution can be integrated with wire strip and crimp machines, or configured to meet modular workstation needs. The upgrade also includes machine design modifications to improve performance and efficiencies.

Description:

A modern operation solution with a multi-touch screen and an industrial PC featuring an Intel i3 processor and Windows 10 64-bit operating system.

Processable wires:

Works with a cross-section range of: - 0.5-16 mm² (AWG 20-6) for unshielded wires; - up to 10 mm outer diameter for shielded wires. Speed: 400-500 wires/hour; 200 wires/hour with ferrules.

Machine software:

The Personal Wiring Suite is an intuitive programming system for the PWA 2000. The software makes it easier than ever to precisely cut wires into exact lengths. Plus, the PWA solution can be integrated with wire strip and crimp machines or configured to modular wire workstations.

Interface:

Projects can be generated using a .CSV or .XLS file from virtually any CAD and E-Planning systems on the market.
