En trykudligningsprop udligner det tryk, som opstårpga. temperaturforskelle inde i skabet, med omgivelsernes tryk. Dette reducerer risikoen for, at der kommer støv ind i skabet.

Beskrivelse:

Kompenserer trykket med høj IP. Differenstryk kan forekomme under ekstreme temperatursvingninger, når dette sker er der risiko for støv og fugtighed inde i kabinettet. En Membran, tillader ikke at væsker kan passere. Udligner trykket med høj IP. I skabe under forskellige tryk, kan der opstå ekstreme temperatursvingninger, Når dette sker, er der risiko for støv og fugt indvendigt. Selv med et lille overtryk sikrer en vandtæt membran at luft og fugt kommer væk fra skabet. i modsat retning tillader den kun tør luft at trænge ind i skabet. Montering med M40x1.5 med møtrik. For optimal trykudligning anbefaler vi at bruge to enheder på hver sin side mod toppen af kabinettet. Luft permeabilitet på 1200 l/h ved et differenstryk på min 70 mbar.

Funktioner

Feature:

Plastic pressure compensation plug with waterproof membrane.

Advantage:

In certain locations there can be wide temperature variations especially over a short period of time, which creates pressure differences from the inside to the outside of the enclosure. The pressure plug equalises the pressure inside and outside the enclosure allowing air and humidity to leave, while only allowing dry air to enter inside the enclosure. The plug can be easily installed and only requires a round hole to be machined .

Benefit:

The pressure compensation plug reduces the risk of dust entering the enclosure, ensuring that a vacuum is not created. Built up humidity can leave the enclosure which reduces potential hazards with electrical components. The ease of installation reduces the labour time required and means that the modification can be done on site while the enclosure is operational, saving unnecessary downtime.

Comment:

It is highly recommended to install two plugs per enclosure for optimal pressure compensation. The plugs should be installed both at the top of the enclosure but on opposite sides. If a more cost effective solution is required then the pressure plug, PVD, should be used which will reduce the protection degree to IP55
