Eldon: Making Products Smarter, So You Can Work Easier
In line with Eldon’s ongoing mission to make things as effortless as possible for our customers, we are replacing the EDGL line of doors across the entire ElRack® Patch, Data and Server Rack range. The new, upgraded EDGD series of doors has been reconfigured to make door removal even easier.
While the new range of door stills employs the popular “click and fit” method of installation, the hinges are now situated on the side instead of the top and bottom of the rack, meaning the door can’t fall off when the pins have been removed.
The new door also features a 385 mm window, hiding computer and telecom cables from view, thereby creating a sharp and professional appearance for the Eldon Data Racks.
“Incremental improvements like the new EGDG line of doors for ICT-Racks are further evidence we will not rest if there is a way we can make things a bit easier for our customers,” said Wieger Westra, Senior Product Manager, Eldon.
