The Eldon Group base its Quality System on the ISO 9001 standard. Each manufacturing plant in the group is periodically audited against this standard by an Acredited Organization.
This allows us and our Customers to continuously improve together our processes, not only in manufacturing, but also in design, sales, distribution, etc. Also, from the point of view of the product this gives us the certainty that all our products are manufactured - from the raw material to the final assembly and distribution - following fundamental rules that are continuously updated based on the following inputs:
- Raw Material Improvements (By working close with suppliers)
- Market demands (Voice of the Customer from our Sales Team)
- Former quality concerns (Internal and external)
- Technological Improvements (Manufacturing / Distribution / Sales)
But Quality for Eldon, is not just Quality Products. Quality is a Company easy to deal with, easy to do bussines with. The New Eldon, is working very hard to reduce lead times, to manufacture special customized enclosures fast and efficiently. We invest in the latest technology that allows us to manufacture faster and more accurate, to be always available for our customers queries and suggestions.
All personnel in the New Eldon, from the CEO to the last level of the Supply Chain is committed with the Quality System implemented and follows the basic rules of Continuous Improvement and Customer Satisfaction.
