Eldon announces a new service for Stainless Steel Floorstanding product range: free hole punching and cut-outs.

 

 

In order to reduce the time and expense for our customers, the service is being offered directly from the factory.

The time taken to drill and cut holes in enclosures by your operators is an expensive exercise. Doing this operation on stainless steel is even more difficult and time consuming, reason for which Eldon is coming up in the benefit of its clients with this brand new service.

Using our CNC punching and laser machines, we can produce any hole patterns your project may require. Round holes for push buttons, rectangular cut-outs for displays and control panels or more complex shapes for bespoke equipment are all possible.

Using a template we can provide, simply enter hole positions and sizes on the drawing and we will manufacture your complete enclosure with the hole patterns of your choice.

Please note that this service does not apply for the following: thread tapping of the holes, holes on the mounting plates. Furthermore, if forms are required this may incur a tooling charge.
