After visiting the trade show in Hannover Messe on May 1st, ten employees of NHP, Eldon's Australian distributor and one of the leading electrical equipment distributors for Australia and New Zealand, had the opportunity to tour Eldon's Dutch production facility. After the tour, the NHP team was treated to a training session in which Wieger Westra, Senior Product Manager Enclosures, Eldon and Pieter Dekker, Product Manager Enclosures, Eldon, gave presentations highlighting the features of Eldon's enclosures, power distribution systems and accessories.

 

Subsequent to the presentations, NHP's apprentices were given a hands-on training session where they were instructed on the "ins and outs" of Eldon installation. The training session concentrated on the Multi-Flex floor standing enclosure.

 

"It was very exciting for us to tour Eldon's production facility," said Bryce Davis, Business Manager, NHP. "Getting "hands on" training for some of our younger lads was also helpful. We sell a lot of Eldon products and there's nothing like working with a manufacturer to learn about the advantages of a particular product. We were particularly impressed with the ease of installation of Eldon's floorstanding enclosures in that they were designed from the ground up to be set up by one person. "

 

"We really enjoyed meeting NHP's team," said Arnold Boekema, Export Manager, Eldon.. "They are doing an outstanding job for us Down Under and we were happy to give them a firsthand look at our factory and bring them up to speed with theoretical presentations on some of our newest products."
